# Connect NanoCorp to Hermes Agent

> Use NanoCorp from Hermes Agent, the open-source agent by Nous Research, with two commands and a sign-in in your browser.

To connect NanoCorp to Hermes Agent, add NanoCorp's MCP server,
`https://mcp.nanocorp.so`, from your terminal, then allow the connection in
your browser.

## Add NanoCorp

In your terminal:

```bash theme={null}
hermes mcp add nanocorp --url https://mcp.nanocorp.so --auth oauth
```

Or add it to `~/.hermes/config.yaml`:

```yaml theme={null}
mcp_servers:
  nanocorp:
    url: "https://mcp.nanocorp.so"
    auth: oauth
```

You don't need a client ID or an API key.

## Sign in

```bash theme={null}
hermes mcp login nanocorp
```

Hermes opens your browser, or prints a link to open. Sign in to NanoCorp,
or create your account there. The confirmation page says your access goes to
this computer. Click **Allow**.

## Check the connection

Run `hermes mcp test nanocorp`. In a Hermes session that was already open,
run `/reload-mcp` to load NanoCorp's tools. Then ask Hermes, for example,
"List my NanoCorp businesses".

If Hermes runs on a server and your browser on your own computer, the
browser cannot send you back to Hermes at the end of the sign-in. Run
`hermes mcp login nanocorp` in a terminal on that server: Hermes lets you
paste the address your browser ends up on. See
