# Account and billing

> Your businesses, your plan and credits, top-ups, cancelling, and your account settings in the web app.

## Your businesses

Your home page lists your businesses. Each card shows **Auto** or **Manual**
(whether its scheduled runs are on) and **Needs you** when its agent is
waiting for you. The **New business** tile starts the
[founding interview](/founding-interview).

## Plan and credits

Click **Billing & credits** in the business menu, or **Manage plan** in the
account menu of your home page. The **Subscription** window has two tabs:

* **Plans**: pick your monthly credits on the Founder plan, then click
  **Subscribe** or **Upgrade**. Moving to fewer credits shows **Schedule
  Downgrade** instead. See [Plans and credits](/plans-and-credits) for prices.
* **Top-Ups**: one-time credit bundles, on the Founder plan and during your
  free trial. Pick one and click **Buy now**. When top-ups are not available yet, the tab says
  why.

**Buy credits**, in the account menu of your home page, opens the
**Top-Ups** tab directly.

### Automatic top-ups

At the bottom of the **Top-Ups** tab, **Auto Top-Up** buys the bundle you
pick when your balance runs low, at most twice a day, with your card on file.
It turns itself off after a failed payment or when your plan ends.

### Manage or cancel your plan

On the **Plans** tab, click **Manage subscription**:

* **Update payment method** and **Billing history & invoices** open the
  billing portal.
* **Cancel plan…** starts the cancellation. Changed your mind afterwards?
  **Keep Founder** undoes it.

## Account settings

On your home page, open the account menu (your name, at the bottom left) and
click **Settings**:

* **Notifications**: turn browser notifications on or off, for this browser
  only.
* **Archived businesses**: their earnings, and **Withdraw**.
* **Delete Account**: deletes everything, permanently. If you have a
  subscription, the confirmation explains what happens to it.
